Data that stays on your device

The phone numbers you enter, your saved-message bodies, and any WhatsApp message contents you compose in ClickPing are stored locally on your device only. PlannedPing does not collect, upload, or transmit that information.

No account required

ClickPing requires no account, sign-in, or registration of any kind. There is no user profile, no login, and no data linked to your identity.

How ClickPing interacts with WhatsApp

ClickPing opens WhatsApp with the conversation and your optional message pre-filled. It never reads your chats and never sends messages on your behalf — you are always the one who taps Send. ClickPing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to Meta or WhatsApp.

Crash diagnostics (always on)

ClickPing includes always-on crash diagnostics. When a crash occurs, technical information about the crash — such as the stack trace, device model, OS version, and app version — is sent to PlannedPing so we can identify and fix stability problems.

Crash reports are strictly content-free: they do not include the phone numbers you enter, your saved-message bodies, or any WhatsApp message contents. No personal or message data is transmitted as part of diagnostics.

Optional usage analytics (opt-in)

ClickPing offers optional, content-free usage analytics to help us understand which features are useful. Analytics are off by default and are only enabled if you choose to turn them on in the app settings.

When enabled, analytics record interactions with app features (for example, which entry point you used or which screen you visited). They never include phone numbers, message bodies, or any content you type or save.

Purchases and billing

Any in-app purchases are handled entirely by Google Play under Google's own policies. PlannedPing does not process your payment directly, does not store card details, and does not receive billing information beyond what Google Play communicates to confirm a completed transaction.

Permissions and app access

ClickPing declares one Android permission:

• •Internet access — required to send crash diagnostics and, if you opt in, usage analytics.

To open WhatsApp, ClickPing declares visibility of the WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business apps so it can launch them. This is Android app-visibility (declared via <queries>), not a permission — it does not give ClickPing access to anything inside those apps.

ClickPing does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, or storage.

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of ClickPing after a change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
