Reporting a bug?
To help us investigate quickly, please include the following in your email:

- OS version — Android: Settings → About phone. iPhone/iPad: Settings → General → About
- ClickPing version — shown at the bottom of ClickPing’s own Settings screen
- Entry point used — e.g. share sheet, typed directly, pasted from clipboard, scanned with the camera
- Description of the behavior — what you did, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened
Privacy reminder
Please do not include private phone numbers or WhatsApp message contents in your support email unless they are strictly necessary to describe the issue and you have intentionally redacted any personal information first.
Quick answers
- Is ClickPing available on iPhone or desktop?
- ClickPing is available for Android on Google Play and for iPhone and iPad on the App Store (iOS 18 or later). It is built for phones and tablets — there is no web version.
- Do I need to create an account?
- No. ClickPing requires no account, sign-in, or registration of any kind.
- Does ClickPing send messages automatically?
- No. ClickPing opens WhatsApp with the conversation and your optional message pre-filled, but you are always the one who taps Send. ClickPing never sends messages on your behalf.
- How do I purchase ClickPing?
- ClickPing is sold on Google Play for Android and on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. All purchases, refunds, and billing are handled by whichever store you bought from, under its standard policies. We do not process payments directly. The two versions are separate purchases — buying on one platform does not unlock the other.
- Does ClickPing work with WhatsApp Business?
- Yes. ClickPing works with both WhatsApp Personal and WhatsApp Business. When both are installed on your device, ClickPing asks which one you want to use — or remembers your previous choice.
- The camera scan did not find the number. What can I do?
- Scanning depends on how legible the printed number is. Fill more of the frame with the number, hold the phone steady, and give it good, even light without glare. If it still does not read, you can always type or paste the number instead. On iPhone and iPad, scanning also needs camera access — if you declined the prompt, re-enable it in Settings → ClickPing.
