What ClickPing is

ClickPing is a mobile utility that prepares and opens WhatsApp conversations. You enter a phone number, optionally compose a message, and ClickPing opens WhatsApp with that conversation pre-filled. ClickPing is available for Android on Google Play and for iPhone and iPad on the App Store.

Your responsibility as the sender

ClickPing opens WhatsApp on your behalf — it does not send anything. You remain responsible for checking the recipient, reviewing the message, and tapping Send in WhatsApp. Always verify the number and message content before initiating any conversation.

Provided as is — no warranties

ClickPing is provided as is. PlannedPing does not guarantee that a phone number belongs to any particular person, that a recipient will receive or read your message, that messages will be delivered, that WhatsApp will be available at any given time, or that third-party compatibility will be uninterrupted. Use ClickPing at your own discretion. No warranty of fitness for any particular purpose is made.

Your legal obligations

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, WhatsApp's own Terms of Service, any consent requirements that apply to the communications you send, and anti-spam rules in your jurisdiction. These obligations exist independently of ClickPing and are entirely your responsibility.

Prohibited uses

ClickPing must not be used for harassment, unsolicited bulk messaging, fraud, or any unlawful communication. If you use ClickPing in violation of these terms or applicable law, your right to use the app terminates immediately.

Purchases and availability

ClickPing is distributed through Google Play on Android and through the App Store on iPhone and iPad. Availability, pricing, refunds, and regional access are determined by whichever store you buy from and governed by its applicable policies. PlannedPing does not process payments directly and does not control regional pricing or availability decisions made by those stores.

The Android and iOS apps are sold separately and priced independently on each store. Buying ClickPing on one platform does not entitle you to it on the other.

No affiliation with Meta or WhatsApp

ClickPing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp LLC. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. ClickPing uses WhatsApp's standard deep-link interface and has no special relationship with Meta or WhatsApp.

Changes to these terms

PlannedPing may update these terms from time to time. When changes are made, this page will be updated. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Continued use of ClickPing after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
